The Chowan Golf and Country Club is a semi-private country club located on the Albemarle Sound in historical Edenton, North Carolina. We provide a family oriented atmosphere to members and guests. Our clubhouse is located on the beautiful Albemarle Sound…a lovely setting defined by breathtaking views of the water and sunsets. It is considered one of the finest locations in the Albemarle area to host weddings,business meetings, and parties. Clubhouse facilities include men’s and ladies locker rooms, a well-stocked Pro Shop, and a grill room overlooking the Albemarle Sound. The newly renovated golf course (best greens around) is a beautifully mature and meticulously maintained course that meanders through southern pines, scenic wetlands, and adjoining ponds. It is a Par 72 layout playing 6,542 yards from the championship tees.
